Day 1: Arrival at Havana

You arrive at Havana airport and will be transferred to the Hotel Plaza in Havana Vieja (optional) where you will spend the night.

Day 2: Havana

After having breakfast, sightseeing in Old Havana takes you through the historical center of the city and to wonderful squares, museum and streets. After an initial introduction you will visit the Rum Museum at Havana Club. You will have the opportunity to wander through the historical center. Welcome dinner in an old town restaurant. You will spend the night again in the Hotel Plaza. (breakfast, dinner)

Day 3: Pinar del Río

After breakfast we leave for the western part of the island, to the province of Pinar del Río. You will visit a tobacco factory there. Then you will proceed to Viñales, where you can admire the impressive sights of this charming town; its surrounding tobacco plantations and the strange hill-peaks (mogotes) typical for this region. We will visit the Cueva del Indio and have lunch at Palenque de los Cimarrones restaurant. Late in the afternoon we will arrive at the Hotel Rancho San Vicente, where you will be accommodated.

Day 4: Viñales

Today we travel to a small fishing village, Puerto Esperanza, located far away from any touristic routes. You can enjoy the silence during a walk through the village. You will visit a community that was formed during the Revolution. Lunch will be served at the village. Overnight stay is at Rancho San Vicente.

Day 5: Viñales - Cienfuegos

In the morning, after breakfast we leave for Cienfuegos. With its French flair, Cienfuegos is the most beautiful and lively town on the island. After a tour through the town, we can enjoy lunch in the Palacio de Valle. The restored colonial centre offers a many architectural sights. The Castillo de Jagua, for example, was built to protect the region from Jamaican pirates.Dinner in Palacio de Valle Restaurant. You will spend the night at Hotel Jagua.

Day 6: Cienfuegos  - Trinidad

You start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then you continue to Trinidad. On the way to Trinidad we will stop to visit the botanic garden of Cienfuegos. We will spend the evening in Trinidad where wewill have dinner and stay at the Hotel Las Cuevas.

Day 7: Trinidad

The day begins with a tour through the Colonial town of Trinidad. The afternoon is free for you to discover the town on your own, or go on an excursion. At night visit to Casa de la Trova. The dinner and accommodation is at the Hotel Las Cuevas.

Day 8: Trinidad-Camagüey

Today’s destination is Camagüey, a very cultural, active city that is also called "legendary" due to its traditions, patriotism and its classical style. Originally, the city was built in the bay of “Nuevitas”, but as a result of frequent attacks by pirates, the city has been moved deeper into the country. You will enjoy a city bike tour. The evening is free at your disposal. Accommodation at the Hotel Plaza Camagüey.

Day 9: Camagüey - Holguín

The city of Holguín has one of the most beautiful places in Cuba. You should visit the Plaza Calixto García, which is characterized by pink and green marble, and the statue of General Calixto Iñiguez García. Surrounding the square are many interesting spots such as the "Museo Provincial de Historia", the "Casa de la Trova", as well as the "Centro Provincial de Artes Plásticas" (arts gallery). After a combined tour through the city, the afternoon is at your disposal and planning. Accommodation is at the Hotel Villa el Bosque.

Day 10: Holguín-Santiago de Cuba

Transfer to Santiago de Cuba. Let's discover the secret capital! This city is probably the most African in cultural sense. It is a passionate, lively and buzzing city in which people like to party and dance. Various museums, impressive buildings and a cemetery belong to the main tourist sites. The monument of Antonio Maceo on the Plaza de la Revolucíon is a must-see in Santiago de Cuba. Welcome cocktail and lunch in a local restaurant. You will stay at Hotel Villa Gaviota Santiago.

Day 11: Santiago de Cuba

This day is free at your disposal. Accommodation at the Hotel Villa Gaviota Santiago.

Day 12: Santiago de Cuba - Havana

We suggest you go strolling around the city of Santiago, and discover its hidden treasures. In the afternoon, a transfer will take you to the airport of Santiago de Cuba from which you fly back to Havana. Transfer to your accommodation located at the Hotel Plaza.

Day 13: Havana

You could use the day to purchase souvenirs or to stroll through the streets of Havana. For your last night, you will enjoy a salsa band play live in Casa de la Música, the perfect place for you to say good bye to Cuba. Accommodation at the Hotel Plaza.

Day 14: Departure and Adiós Cuba!

Morning free at your disposal. In the afternoon, a transfer will take you to the airport in Havana in time (optional) for your flight back home.
