Day 1: Arrival in Havana
You arrive at the airport Jose Martí Havana. Optional transfer to your hotel. Accommodation at the Hotel Plaza or similar. You spend the evening at your own disposal.
Day 2: Havana
After breakfast you will start with sightseeing in Old Havana – the historical centre of the city, where you can see wonderful squares, museums and streets. After the initial orientation in the city you can visit the Rum Museum of Havana Club and take a lovely walk to Plaza Vieja, one of the oldest squares in Latin America. For lunch you may indulge in a meal of delicious local dishes at one of the characteristic restaurants in the city centre. You will spend the night in the Hotel Plaza or a similar hotel.

Day 3: Pinar del Rio & Viñales
After breakfast and the check-out, you will be taken to the region Pinar del Río. There you will visit a West Cuban city of the same name, which is famous for the best tobacco in the world. During your guided tour through the tobacco factory you will witness the process of the making of the cigars. Afterwards the tour goes on to Viñales. At first you will see the local places of importance, tobacco plantations and characteristic hilly landscape (magotes), then you will be offered a lunch in a typical local restaurant. In the afternoon the tour will continue to Rancho San Vicente, where you can enjoy the peaceful and harmonious atmosphere of the country-side and take a swim in the hotel's pool. Overnight at Hotel Rancho San Vincente.

Day 4: Cayo Jutías
For this day we have planned an excursion to the beaches of Cayo Jutías. Cayo Jutías is a small island on the north coast that is connected to the mainland by a bridge. There you will have the chance to relax on the beautiful Caribbean beach with crystal-clear turquoise water. You will also have your lunch there. In the afternoon you can enjoy the fantastic scenery of the Cuban West coast on your way back to the Hotel Rancho San Vicente.

Day 5: Las Terrazas & Soroa
After breakfast in the hotel you will set off to Las Terrazas. There you will be taken on a sightseeing tour through the community and enchanting Sierra de Rosario, the first Cuban biosphere reserve recognized by UNESCO. The community development project offers you a glimpse into the typical handicraft and artist workshops or to visit the ruins of Cafetales Franceses, a French coffee plantation from the 18th century. Afterwards, you will be served lunch in a typical local restaurant. Later you can relax by the crystal-clear waters of Rio San Juan before we will visit the orchid garden of Soroa, the Orquideario de Soroa. More than 25000 orchid species-including around 100 endemic of Cuba- lots of species of other ornamental plants, trees and flowers of this garden represent the national flower of several countries. You stay overnight at Villa Soroa.

Day 6: Rio Canimar & Varadero
Today we will go on excursion to Río Canimar, where we will join a boat trip through the fascinating and slow-moving river. Your lunch will be served at La Arboleda restaurant situated 11 km up the stream. Afterwards we may swim or go for a horse back ride. Back to the pier we will continue to Varadero. We will arrive at the paradise beach and will check in at the all-inclusive hotel Villa Tortuga.

Day 7: Departure
You can spend this day at your leisure relaxing on a beautiful Caribbean beach, for example. Afterwards you may either depart for your flight back home from Havana or you may continue to your next holiday arrangement.
