The shopping cart is determind by the varied, seasonal menu. Under professional management, The participants create a delectable multi-course meal. With a lot of fun and humor the guests actively cook Italian dishes and fousing on the Calabrian specialties. The maximum number of participants is 8 students per cooking class. One possibility of Theme Weeks is Fish & crustaceans.
