The shopping cart is determind by the varied, seasonal menu. Under professional management, The participants create a delectable multi-course meal. With a lot of fun and humor the guests actively cook Italian dishes and fousing on the Calabrian specialties. The maximum number of participants is 8 students per cooking class. One possibility of Theme Weeks is Fish & crustaceans.

Our cooking school is located in close proximity to the sea. Dive into the world of fish, shellfish and crustaceans and enjoy this week learning fresh fish specialties of the Calabrian coast!
