What you can expect:

In small groups you will walk the 3-7 hours to complete going from refuge to refuge. Here you can enjoy the family hut next to the excellent atmosphere and the hearty cuisine of Calabria.

The tour is aimed at participants with normal, good condition and some hiking experience. The starting dates of the trip is in the spring and autumn - an ideal time for Calabrian mountain air to breathe. Depending on the weather, you will have cool temperatures at higher altitudes, as well as have quite warm temperatures on sunny days in the coastal town or deeper layers.

Bring usual hiking clothes, good walking shoes, a raincoat, pair of comfortable shoes, a backpack and a water bottle should not be missing in your luggage!
