About The Lipari Islands
Of the Aeolian Islands, Lipari is the largest island and therefore the entire isle is commonly refered to as the Lipari Islands. The seven volcanic islands which are also called the "seven sisters", all offer individual and extraordinary fascination: the natural beauty, warm waters and enchanting seduction of the island is drawing in many tourists during the summer.
On one hand there is the simple lifestyle of Alicudi Filicudi, the lush natural beauty of Salina, and on ther other hand there is the secular lifestyle to Panarea, the historic island of Lipari, both of which are on the island's chain. In addition, there is the well known sulfur from the volcano of Stromboli that still smokes quite well and the hot lava flows directly into the sea. In the 1949 film Stromboli, the breathtaking scenes filmed by Ingrid Bergmann and Roberto Rossellini were shot here. This was the world famous Stromboli.
Is there a better way to admire this island than enjoying the view from a sailing boat? During this trip, you can take a refreshing swim in the sea or just relax at a romantic candle light dinner while sailing. You can also take our mini-cruise tour to the different Aeolian Islands.
