Internship as a Tour Guide in Italy

You are a student/in the field of tourism industry/or have other experience in this area/or education as a travel agent.

Support our German and Italian team in our office at Tropea in Calabria.

Your duties will include:

• Guide on the spot: hotel customer care, participation in school
  
• Organizing and conducting information evenings
• Writing Letters of Welcome and the Welcome information
• Organization of the recreational program (in the school and within the framework of our tours)
• Help with the transfers from the airport to the accommodations and first distributed information
• Using in Calabria travel (payment control, telephony, prepare voucher)

Others:

• Time: 40 hours/Week (even on weekends)

The requirements:

• Good English written and spoken
• At least average knowledge of Italia
• Affinity for Italy
• Experience in the tourism industry
• Start / Toma or knowledge of Galileo is an advantage
• An open and communicative personality
• Driving license class B with sufficient experience

Duration: late March to early November 2009
Accommodation: will be provided
Payment: 300,- EUR per Month
