Internship in Future Office in Italy

You are a student in the field of tourism industry or have other experience in this area or travel to a training clerk completed.

Support our German and Italian team in our office at Tropea in Calabria.

Your duties will include:

In the area of reservation:

• Telephone and written customer consultation (German Customers)
• Bookingin the SSS processing system
• Payment control, dispatch of travel documents / vouchers / invoices
• Maintenance of Website
• Data exchange with the Hotels
• Flight availability check by Toma
• Assist in the customer care

Others:

• Time: 40 hours/Week (even on weekends)

The requirements:

• Good English written and spoken
• At least average knowledge of Italia
• Affinity for Italy
• Experience in the tourism industry
• Start / Toma or knowledge of Galileo is an advantage
• An open and communicative personality
• Driving license class B with sufficient experience

Duration: late March to early November 2009
Accommodation: will be provided
Payment: 300, - EUR per month
