Take all necessary medicine with you. Also bring comfortable clothes for bicycle tours and long hiking hours-a hat and sunglasses, sneakers, a towel, 3 x change of clothes, camera, cash in case you'd like to buy some handcrafts, insect repellant.

- If you are a vegetarian, please let us know in advance. The food is ethnic; consisting mainly of meat, natural spices, corn and seasonal fruits.
- Please note that this cultural trip is related to the closeness to nature and some sites are located in rural areas. Therefore conveniences available there are perhaps different from what you may be used to (ex. lack of hot water).
